  2. i forgot my password to my yahoo account and tried resetting BUT the account key new pw goes to invalid email..please advice

    how can i reset my password when the default email address for acct key is no longer valid. I have had this email for 10 years and don't wont to lose all of my saved emails. didn't have a phone # linked to account either. please help!!!!!!!!

  3. Here’s why I’m done withYahoo:

    Screen loading on an iPad is fifteen seconds of whack-a-mole and up/down adjustments until I can get to the first paragraph of a story.

  4. Need help logging in

    It will not let me log into an old email address. When I enter the password it says invalid. The only other option it gives me to access my account is a phone number I haven’t used in 10+ years. Any help?

  5. Repeated false logins

    Some one daily for the last 60 days has been trying to log into my email. Yahoo sends me a message, daily, this is occurring and suggests I change my password. There is no where to address this information to yahoo and they should have some resource to; a) complain and b) identify where this is coming from and block it.

  6. Why am I afraid to click on links on your homepage due to viruses??

    My Norton is busy when it comes to blocking malware from clicking links stemming from your front page. This should be a safe place. You don't have any quality control over who is posting links with malware?? Sometimes I'll see something I want to read, then do a google search for it instead of clicking on your links Just To Be Safe! And that's a shame.

  8. Losing connections often

    Yahoo has very serious problems with it losing connection on regular bases, and that includes Yahoo mail. It has gotten to a point that it is becoming a useless site. I can't go one minute without it freezing up. I have been using Yahoo for information, web browser, and email for over 2 decades and am strongly considering using a different primary site. It has become a real nuisance. I'm not certain what's happened to you to slide to this very low service level.

  9. I have opted out of all of your advertising but it still comes back.....because of that, I am no longer making you my primary search engine

    Tired of all your ads constantly,,,,,,going with Google from now on
    Tried opting out from your "preferences section" but that doesn't work and your stupid ads keep coming......you guys are shooting yourself in your own foot....no wonder the company is going nowhere

    When you have 20+ replies to a post and Click on "Show Replies" ... Nothing Shows except "Hide Replies".

    Nothing gets fixed, only some Help HTML that does nothing ...

  12. Recovering and old account

    Your "help page" sucks ***. My account has been hacked and has utilized a back-up setting to where I cannot access it. Reading through your forums, Yahoo says that means my account is beyond returning. How about you give me a way to contact you via email to see if there is a way to bypass all of this and get MY account back

  15. Customer service

    By not providing a legitimate phone number for yahoo account related problems, only yahoo assist, you make the subscribers MORE vulnerable to potential hackers. Tell me exactly why is it called "yahoo assist" if it doesn't help with yahoo account related problems, only generic computer related problems? How is it that this enormous company doors not have the necessary tech support and tools to help it's subscribers?

  19. Suspicious emails

    Just wanted to say that I have received 2 suspicious emails in the last 12 hours from an account named 'Yahoo support'. The subject name is 'reply to this email to stop receiving spam and keep your account safe'. The email that is used it even more suspicious.. admin@internek.loan

  20. The "Stay signed in" flag/box is located on the account sign in page defaulted as checked. Since I do not want this checked, I have to unche

    The "Stay signed in" flag/box is located on the account sign in page defaulted as checked. Since I do not want this checked, I have to uncheck it every time I sign in. Can this flag be put on the password page, which happens after my account has been established, and be defaulted based on options that I could set for my account? This would eliminate the irritation that Yahoo's default imposes on those that don't like the default. Make it configurable.
