Removing comment section is the same as the Nazi's burning books
Yahoo does not want the readers to disagree with them. Yahoo is doing the same thing the Nazi's did. If you disagree with the Left you are censored.
YAHOO. you are no better than the Nazi's and as a shareholder. I dumped your stock. So thanks for the profit and Kiss my behind -
Bring back comments
I suppose if my journalism was very lacking, misleading, and left leaning, and I didnt like being called out on it I would disable the comments too

Discourse
This is a way to limit free speech on the part of Yahoo. I just read an article about a basketball player standing for the anthem. The author, on his Twitter feed made a comment concerning a negative opinion, basically saying it was the result of the ban on commenting. He's partially right. This is a way for Yahoo to stifle and mold. Don't agree? Can't comment? On to next piece of biased internet journalism.

I am sending emails to all of your advertisers and explaining I will NOT be buying any thing from them until the comments are turned on again.

start survey
Yahoo is trying to make money of the surveys. Take away the negative comments that all of their home page panels show, so the can make more money having you take the surveys! Don't do the surveys! Let their wimpy marketing team come up with a new way to ***** the users over!

comment section
By removing the comment section, there is absolutely no reason to read Yahoo news anymore. If it's gone for good...goodbye.

Hey Yahoo your begging for a class action suit by not allowing comments
Yahoo is begging for a class action lawsuit!

Yahoo Comments
Don't understand why the comments section was removed. Bad business and I guess I will go to MSN or any other news page that allows you to make comments. Who ever made the change should be fired.

Boycott Yahoo search
Anyone who believes in the idea of fairness, open discussion and sharing of opinions should immediately stop using Yahoo. Clearly Yahoo does not support these values or they would not have removed the comments section and proceeded to publish the most radical leftist articles.

Get some balls Yahoo - bring the comments back - way too many things I need to say!
Get some balls Yahoo - bring the comments back - way too many things I need to say! People that do goofy things need to be addressed!

Bye bye Yahoo.
Pulling the comments denies us of getting the facts. We know you're doing it to prevent that and foster your liberal narrative, and we're sick and tired of it. Tired of the cancel culture. Grow some balls and accept the truth!

Seems like the responses to removing the comments section are overwhelming negative
I guess Yahoo is running a blocking drill for the DNC. Are you all going to keep this up until the election? If the comments section isn't back up my next week, I'm done with Yahoo and closing all my accounts.

Please keep the comments section open do not disable.
Keep the comments section open do not disable. This is a free country and we the people should be able to make comments on any news. Specially the ones that can change peoples views without them reading others peoples experience. Yahoo you are actually playing into these people that make news but no one can refute or challenge what they have said or done. You need to allow people to make their comments heard even if the community does not like it.

Yahoo's contribution towards election interference
It comes as no real surprise that outlets like Yahoo are engaged in election interference. It's been the plan all along and now they're acting on it. Yes it's disgraceful and likely criminal but as we've all seen by now, laws are only as good as the ability to enforce them. Which is why I have growing concerns for the safety of the employees of tech and media companies. Americans know what they're doing and when the time comes they'll rage as decisively as the left has. This is a dangerous time to be in the media or tech. Neighbors…

It is Time for YAHOO to go the route of the doodoo.
Yahoo once again is part of the attempt to overthrow the American way of life. They must be stopped.
