Show game times in local time zone
Show game times in my local time zone, and only in ET if you cannot determine my location (or if I am actually in the eastern time zone).

Timezone settings are still buggy today. I am visiting India. I tried "dynamic" setting from gear icon on left of my profile. Now I see game time is according to IST (GMT + 5:30) but the Day is incorrect (day is still according to PST or EST ).
I think yahoo should give 2 clear options (obviously without any bugs in it)
1) Allow user to use local timezone (based on devices location or operating system date time)
2) Allow user to set any timezone
3) Remove dependency of yahoo mail timezone. i.e. fantasy timzone should be independent of my yahoo mail tz
4) Test all of the above to make sure no issues in there

This x 1,000. Most people don't live in Pacific Time. Why do we have to deal with Pacific Time for game starts?
It was that way before Marissa took over. Why is such a simple thing so hard for them to do again?

I set the time zone to my current time zone, (I am in Japan). The problem is that all the game times are reading the wrong zone. Example: the game in eastern time is 1930 on Wednesday, so it should say game time as Thursday at 0830, but instead it says the game is at Wednesday at 0830. Whoever programmed it has the time change going the wrong way.
Its very confusing to set my lineup and know when games are.
I changed my location in account settings to my home which is in ET. I closed my browser, logged out of yahoo, and no matter what all the games still show in PDT.
this fix worked for me and my buddy whom we were both having the same problem. What i did was under the set time zone option, i clicked the x on detect my location so that it can't detect my location. Then i signed out of yahoo and signed back in. Went back to the set time zone option and my location was undetected. I click the detect my location and it correctly detected my location and the changed it to the correct time zone
same thing happening with me, location stored as central, but shows preferred time zone as PDT, I've tried everything to change it, stays at PDT
If my regional setting is correct (it is), why isn't Yahoo using the correct time zone for sports game times?
If your programmers are too lazy to pull my regional setting, then at least state the time zone as EST or PST or whatever lame default you go with. Showing me a mystery time is not helpful and will just make me look elsewhere for the start times.

Yahoo has a setting for current location. Use it.
I see all my games in PT and I live in ET! How can this be fixed?
It would be nice to see my local game start times in PT not ET.
I concur for Central time zone.
Yes, local time. Pacific for the west coast.
yes local time. Pacific.
