Right side panel (advertisement) seems to be oversized: make it a little narrow and it will be acceptable
Advertisement panel is too wide.

The advertisement column is too wide, and the arrow to widen it pops back after a few seconds. Impossible to read any incoming email.

The right hand panel is too wide and covers the email text. Scrolling back and forth sideways is a time waster. When I click the "Hide advertisement" button it works until I click somewhere else and it becomes terrible again. I want to have the option to go back to the old version or actualy HIDE THE ADVERTISEMENTS!!!!!!!

I am presently in a public library using Google Chrome ["Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)"] on some sort of Dell Desktop - I can't give you any further details about the computer. I, too, am having this problem of having to scroll right at the end of every line when reading my emails because they are covered by the ads running down the right side of the screen.
Normally I check my email from my home laptop (Dell Inspiron 3000 series), also using Chrome, and I don't *recall* this occurring on my home laptop (I'd check for you now, but the hard drive bit the dust...which is why I'm in the library right now).
If it is at all helpful, I went to Yahoo.com and randomly clicked on an article (Tom Hanks Offers Suggestion To Those 'Frustrated' With Current Affairs: 'Read History'). This displayed 'normally' without anything being cutoff. I did a search on Google (just randomly picked 'David Letterman') and on the webpage displaying the results: the main portion of the screen (the part with the search results) was fine (nothing cutoff) but the right-hand column where it first displays a couple images of Letterman, then below that the start of Wikipedia's entry on him, then below that some quotes, then 'People also search for' - the rightmost part of that 'column' was cutoff. But the other pages I've opened - A Washington Post article, Facebook, meetup.com - they all seem to be fine.
Lastly, when I reduce the 'zoom' from 100% to 90% everything is fine - nothing is covered including my emails. -

The right hand panel is too wide and covers the email text. Scrolling back and forth sideways is a time waster. To see the calendar and contacts option, I have to make the screen so small I can't read the text. The SPAM folder can't be accessed anymore. I remove one or two emails a week from the folder and MUST be able to review it
I need to be able to access old emails - sometimes from several years ago.
Please make Classic Mail an option for those of us who find it more usable.

Terrible! can see the emails, cause the font is to small, have to enlarge it every time. Ads are awful. They take up a 3rd of the page and the items on the right do too. I want the old one back!! not holding my breathe tho

agree. Also can't move the boundaries and see my entire message as I am writing it, extremely annoying, I can only see the whole width if I shrink it so small that I can barely see it at all!
