How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    where are they listed ? i can,t ever seem to find them

    Agree, this is VERY poor. When I start typing an email address now, Yahoo mail only offers prompts for other yahoo addresses. It used to remember ALL the previous email addresses & contacts I had sent to. All non-yahoo email addresses now seem to have been removed from my contacts. I've been with Yahoo email since 1998, but after all that time, I think I will have to drop it, as I find it unusable now. Such a shame.

    My contact lists keep disappearing also. I am highly upset.

    Terrible, can't find my contacts lists, and when I try to BCC an email to a list the names do show up but I am required to click and select each of the hundred names individually. Have checked the list and it contains many names that I've previously deleted, and is missing many newer names. Will need to change providers, this is unacceptable.

    Please fix this!! Such an inconvenience! I am 74 and have to call around for email addresses to send them mails!

    I want to switch back to the old UI both for CONTACTS and for CALENDAR. Also I don't see any way to switch the themes ...

    mine does the same thing, I send out emails a lot to a bunch of people, and emails don't get sent from each group, I am about to change to a new email, I hate it

    Where are my FREAKING Contacts. You have created a huge Dam mess. Fix this problem. You are supposed to have Smart people who created this thing. FIX IT.
