How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    Just like the first comment about accessing contacts: It takes me back to my contacts in the old Yahoo email. A pop up shows up suggesting that I try the new Yahoo email! Why can't contacts be accessed from the new Yahoo email?

    Somehow, my daughters' email is combined with mine and I cannot send her anything. Also, my contact list is missing.

    When I click on my contacts icon, I get my inbox instead. This needs to be fixed!

    I HATE "NEW YAHOO MAIL". I did not click the option to choose it because I don't want it! It was forced onto me by surprise, this is what you get now, and nothing about is user friendly. No access to Contacts - are you kidding? No indication on emails in the Inbox I have replied to and am waiting on a further response from - need to look in Sent Items - ridiculous!! How much more of my time can you waste?? As soon as I get all my information out of it, I'm going to GMAIL and never again for Yahoo Search or ANYTHING ELSE. It is So Long with No Regrets. How disappointing you are such idiots.

    The new Yahoo e-mail is not much different than the old version. The contact list can now be found on the far upper right side just passed the emoji.

    Some people are complaining that they loose their contact list. WELL !!! I have never been able to find a button or any other way to access MY CONTACT LIST.. Does Yahoo just enjoy aggravating senior citizens?

    YAHOO Please give us the courtesy if acknowledging that YOU have a problem...

    Having SAME PROBLEMS. clicking on contacts in Right pane takes me back to old mail layout. Was able to create new list names but cannot add anyone into them. have run every troubleshooting and been trying this process for 6+ months now at various intervals...
