How can we improve New Mail?

Where are the contacts?

Every time I try to access my contacts, the mail system opens a new window and takes me back to the old version of Yahoo. This is very annoying.

Also, something weird has been happening with my mail lists. I haven't changed a thing, but suddenly one of my longer list is missing about 30 addresses. I just tried to send out an email to one of my lists with about 10 people on it. Only 5 people actually received the email, despite me very carefully checking to see that I had clicked on the appropriate email list. Again, very annoying.

Please fix these problems ... or I will very shortly be forced to switch email providers.

    WHY WOULD MY LIST OF CONTACTS BE REMOVED FROM MY SCREEN ?

    IT WAS NOT BROKEN. WHY DID YOU FIX IT.? IT LOOKS MORE LIKE G-MAIL THAN IT DOES YAHOO.

    I have my e-mail address list coded into groups like family, church and a couple organizations. I tried to send one to the church group and it would not send.
    It said I had to correct all the addresses. I have over 300 addresses for various uses.
    Does that mean I am going to have to change them all?
    I will drop Yahoo first!!!!!!!!
    REQUEST A REPLY TO THIS PROBLEM.

    I can not locate my Contact List. Where is my list? I have NOT deleted the list.

    I need to delete incorrect contacts and can't find where they are! Why not?

    So where are my contacts? Why have a place to ask questions if no one is answering them. G-Mail is looking pretty good about now!

    So when a question like this (a very valid one) shows up, why doesn't someone from Yahoo actually respond and explain where the contacts are? WHAT IS THE POINT OF ASKING FOR FEEDBACK IF YOU DON'T RESPOND OR TAKE CONCERNS SERIOUSLY?

    How do I add or edit my contacts. They don't show the even when I use 'compose' setting. Useless. I want the old mail please. How do I reset the 'old' version

    Please please where is the old Yahoo program?? I never asked for this and I cannot find my contact list. Plus most current emails don't show.

    I am paying for my yahoo email service and some bright spark has decided that we do not need easy access to my contact list. If this continues I shall have to use another server

    Hard time trying to find contacts. When I found it, I click on it trying to edit a contacts info and I either can't get it to edit or it takes me back to a new tab and gives me the home page of Yahoo.

    It would seem that no-one who should do reads these comments. I, too, get sent back to the old Yahoo mail when I access contacts. Then a pop up asks me if I would like to try the new Yahoo. Ha!
