Attachments are not downloading

i am not able to download my file from yahoo mail. I am using this on Macbook pro & browser is safari & chrome.
I forward my mails to my gmail id then i get may attachments download.
Try to solve this issue ...

    We are depressed when yahoo not download a single page of word document even. There is no problem in gmail

    What is wrong with yahoo!!! this a fundamental piece of functionality. Hopefully their owners won't be as useless

    Can't get it to download attachments as the system is so busy downloading ads constantly. So if I can't read my email what is the point of email...

    Since new version, I am not able to download the attachments and finding it very difficult to work.

    Same for me... being unable to download attachments, if there is more than one particularly. What have they done to yahoo mail? It's just rubbish these days. Why do I have to forward the mail to a gmail account just so I can download the attachments? And half the time I get the "aw snap" annoying msg and have to reload Yahoo to get my mail. If that doesnt happen then i get the msg that there is no internet connection..... when I know there is. Seriously Yahoo.... fix it...it cant be that hard.

    I am unable to do any downloading of attachments as of this morning! Could that be reset to previous feature!
