    There is no place to block mail,,stupid change,quit messing with it geez!

    I hate the new format. I don't like the fact that you changed it without my permission. It's awful. Why don't I have any input on how I want my mail to look like. It sucks!!! I want my old format back now!

    none of my former contacts are getting thru to me. I might as well move over to some other service.then again after only 15 years maby it's time.

    I find it harder to find emails from particular contacts than on the old system. I cannot discover how I can edit or check out the contacts list so I'd rather go back to the previous system

    Don't like this and I've told you so many times. Now I can't get back to the exact one I had before. The wastebasket is on one side and I can't even find the other directions or the "gear" in the upper corner. I'm not well and I don't have the strength right now to convert everything to gmail. Thanks a lot - are you and Trump relations some how?

    The new format, quite frankly, just plain sucks. I have no use for all the new bells and whistles. I just want to get my **** email.

    not happy with new format, the classic version so easy to follow.
    I need to return now to the original.
