First, I do not like opening my email and finding you've switched me over (again) to the new format (without my permission) especially after making the selection not to switch so many times. I pay for the Yahoo service and I expect my choices to be honored and not arbitrarily overridden. Second, I did try your new email interface once before. It sucked. I've read thru the latest reviews and it seems that you haven't made enough improvements to make it "unsuck" so I don't want to switch. LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE! You've got some basic usability issues that you think don't need to addressed but in reality the issues need to be addressed. Who ever is in charge of designing the User Interface (UI) either needs to start taking input from these forums or start looking for another job. Simply ignoring the customer is a no-no in any business. You can do some simple things like.. Start by taking up less screen real estate or providing the capability of letting users change the size of things so that they can make it look they way they want it to. This is an easy one to start with... as we say it's "low hanging fruit" and by taking some action it should show that you've begun to listen to your users and start you down the path of "user acceptance" of the new email instead of the current plan of "forced acceptance" of a "planned transition" to the new email. How long has this been going on and people are still not happy? We will all change over to the new email IF and only IF (just like any application) you guys show that there's actual improved features and functionality FROM OUR PERSPECTIVE, not yours. If this were my design project I'd employ a beta version made available for users to provide feedback on and employ Agile development methods to improve the end product result.

I do Not Like it. the old is a was alot better. Just because you bought Yahoo you think you have to change everything. I have had yahoo from 1991 or 92 and there has been nothing that needed fixing. PUT IT BACK!!!

Why you decided for me to switch to new version ?
You are working for us, or we are working for you?
Many times "better" is the enemy for "best". -

Why are you forcing your subscribers to switch? All this negative feedback regarding new yahoo mail, is telling you, it is not user friendly and you need to make the adjustments

I hate this new form of e-mail. You are the one who switched me over to it so I think you should be the one to set it back instead of me having to waste my time on something I did not want.
