    I liked the bold, clear format of old format, it was uncluttered and easy to navigate. I couldn't see how to go down to the next message. Nor did I like the pale washed out blue . . . and I could go on - at least let us have the choice to use the old format if we wish.

    The new format deletes headings from the sender. I prefer the old format.

    I find the new format hard for me to read. I do not like the color because it seems to tire my eyes faster and the smaller font is hard for me to read.

    The new format was obviously not consulted with the users, in future please include us in order to improve the site rather then some office worker who thinks that they know better than anyone else what we the users/consumers want. Please include people with different impairments/disabilities in your research. Thanks.

    Why can't there just be an option for people like me, who just like and want their old format? Why do you tech people have to reinvent the wheel every 6 months. It is super annoying.

    Your people chance to much and mine PC worked slower. To many pop ups i dont like.

    You can try cramming this up my nose as many times as you want and I'll keep returning to the old format. Its becoming a matter of principle now.
