    Couldn't use new format first time round was awful, now you have slowed the original to snail mail to force users to change to new form at - time to leave me thinks ! !

    I have a tiny one inch area on my screen to compose message in. I'm sure there are other features in the new system I may come to like, but this "innovation" is a real killer. Please return to the previous format. Thank you.

    yahoo email is horrible. how do you view attachments? do you ever think about the user experience?

    Please just return me to my old fromat. There wasn't anything wrong with it. I don't like it!

    If it's not broken don't try and fix it. When I was forced to change to the present system back in 20012 or 13 I am no longer able to underline items!!! I complained and they said it was working fine Just leave it alone I like my old colors and layout!!!

    Please give me the option for the old format. I prefer the old one. This one is weird. The changes you make from one iteration to another should be more subtle!!!!

    I've tried this new email format 3 times. I hated it then and I still do. Why do you insist on changing something that is working just fine as a lot of us have already stated. Jan Foster
