You #&$*%^#*, you switched me to the new mail without ANY NOTICE! Even though I refused your invitation to switch!
I Don't want to waste bandwidth on themes. I tried switching after you first offered the new mail, then SWITCHED BACK THE NEXT DAY!
The not as dark characters are harder for us older folk to read.
Your New mail doesn't tell me it there are new messages in the SPAM folder. I have to waste time to check it! You catch Most of the SPAM, but it is not totally error free. Some SPAMS slip by, and it occasionally tags some REQUESTED MAILINGS as spam.
I would VERY MUCH like to block @yahoo.co.jp since a lot of SPAM seems to originate from yahoo, Japan.
Change ONLY FOR THE SAKE OF CHANGE, WASTES OUR TIME! we have to re-learn how to do everything, where the controls have been moved, etc! -

Do not want to switch. The older format of these two options is much better overall. New one toooooo congested and busy looking. Might be better to introduce changes made vs. surprises many do not like.

The pop-up box on the revised OLD MAIL is too narrow!
When I hit "D" to send a message to a folder, the right side of the numbers is CUT OFF, making them hard to read.I much prefer to be able to BLOCK Domain names !!!! which your "NEW" mail DOESN'T SUPPORT. This has Drastically Cut the amount of SPAM I have to scan.

The instructions in Product Support's switching back page is wrong. The settings icon does not offer any changing back to former versions of email! That icon is specific to my account! Please clarify!

Who is the idiot that designed the new UI? It sucks! I just want to be able to clean up my inbox starting from the oldest UNREAD e-mails. Every single time I open an e-mail it returns me to the most RECENT e-mail, forcing me to scroll back every single time I open an e-mail. Since I LITERALLY have over 1,000 unread e-mails, this will take forever to catch up on 3 weeks of e-mails. I do not trust Google with my e-mail, but at this point I am considering opening a G-mail account just to avoid this ridiculous sh*t! Please, just let me go back to the old format, and seriously FIRE the genius who thought this change was a good idea! A-hole!!!!
