    I have both yahoo and also Hotmail.
    the Hotmail is brilliant but because I have been with yahoo for over 20 years I have stuck with it.
    this new format is so slow and dreadful. I have lost loads of valuable time trying to send emails. how can I go back to the old system

    I WAS happy with the old format. Not so much anymore. Please return the old format ASAP!!!

    Every time you make a change there are functionality problems. Keep the system safe from hackers and leave its functionality alone. This morning I can't find my contacts list. ALWAYS something not working on Yahoo.

    Yes, the new format is hopeless. All of the reason given here, plus I can't load any picture for my e-mails.

    I miss the old format that worked. The new is very slow, freezes regularly and sometimes crashes. This is not progress.
