    new format sucks....yahoo continues to decline....I've been a hold out, but it may finally be time to dump yahoo mail

    Agree 100% Don't care for the layout, the colors, the changes just make it more difficult to navigate. I see there is a tutorial option, but seriously, if I need a tutorial for a basic email account, it wasn't set up well enough to be truly user friendly.

    I hate all the changes. As far as I am concerned you have made i harder for me to you.Thanking about going to g-mail if you can't give me back my yahoo back. I loved it the was it was.

    Ever since Chrome was installed I can no longer view video on my Yahoo email account. I would like to return to my old format.

    Leave it alone! What have you done! I have never yelled at my computer until you instituted the new version. You must go back. I have never wasted more time trying to figure your test formats. Stop! and go back to any of the other versions. What is wrong with you? Ditto--give me back my old format!!!

    Yahoo Mail, you are hijackers!!! You have taken a true liberty by denying users the right to choose which version of Yahoo Mail they prefer to use.

    I am 82 years old lady and all of sudden last week, i was asked to get new password you provided to my cell phone instead of my usual password i had been using for a while. Apparently I did touch something without knowing and/but you had to keep my yahoo safe but it was very time consuming and frustrated to open my account. Finally one new young lady for part time helper listened to my problem and she fixed it back to old method and now I am happy again ! I like Yahoo and using it since 2005.Thank you!
