How can we improve New Mail?

i can't understand why clicking on reply brings up a box which replies to yourself! i've been caught out a number of times now- thinking i've replied to someone and its not even very obvious that thats what happened. what is the point of this? who repies to themselves? other times i've clicked in the reply box and replied to all without realising. why not have a click in box - that replies to sender - unless you choose another option? x x

    I can't believe this is ranked so low. Seriously, WHO REPLIES TO THEMSELVES???? I have never seen a conversation unit for email work this way.
