Fix uploading photos to groups

Fix uploading photos to groups. This feature has not worked since Dec 6 for me. Contests can not be held because photos can not be uploaded to groups to show your completed projects.

    If this feature is ranked 3223rd when will it ever be fixed? The whole idea of a group is to be able to share photos of your completed projects.
    How can this problem of uploading photos be back to the way it used to be. It was not broken so why did you try to fix it???????
