Stop the running ads. It locks up more than it runs

Stop the gifs and running ads. They lock up more than they run and slows down everything. I can't have my email open and use a second tab because nothing works right

    It is soooo frustrating, am thinking of moving accounts as I am losing the will to live with Yahoo!!

    I'm HATING how SLOW the "New Mail" is. I figured it had to be faster... nope! So many ads make it CRAWL and I'm on a very fast internet connection. Stop with the video ads if you can't figure out how to make it run faster. Also, when I want to download an attachment, I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes for the download box to pop up!

    Ads slow down the performance and they are taking over the screen. Now they are running through out the email listing. After 20 years with Yahoo I'm seriously thinking of leaving because of this, it's not getting better it's getting worst...

    Looks like everyone agrees, the video ads and pop ups slow this down terribly. Couldn't even get a confirmation email from my bank. Had to use the backup automated phonecall.

    I DON'T LIKE IT! How can I make the switch back? This has way too many ads which slow everything down. Also, have you ever come up with a remedy to remove or change a user's profile picture? So irritating.
