How can we improve New Mail?

WHERE ARE ALL MY YAHOO EMAILS???

My idea is to make it easier to refuse this new set up and give me back my yahoo saved mail, you lost things that cannot be retrieved, this is unacceptable, as you have literally stolen my mail. FIX IT. and you little fix about hitting the setting button DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!!!

    surely you can add a button that will enable all older emails. people surely can't be upset if that is at least an option

    and still there are no feedback from yahoo! or verizone..
    I've some drafted mail, important mail in inbox etc, why yahoo! delete it without asking permission to all users.
    Does it mean yahoo! have stole private information of their customer???
    And the recovery mail feature is useless because the day limit is just 7 days?
    And the more tragis is, this issue has begin from 2018 and no torubleshoot till this day...

    Yahoo, you should really be ashamed of yourself. After emailing your customer service department repeatedly and getting no response I learned from online articles that you are apparently wiping people's emails who have not signed into their account for more than 1 year and appear to be doing so without ANY warning or notice. My Yahoo account was used primarily during college, but I sign into it periodically to check to see if anyone who has that address has emailed me. When I signed into it a few weeks ago to try to check my email and retrieve some old emails I found nothing in my inbox. I primarily use my Gmail account (and you're not making a good case to go back to Yahoo) and have in fact linked my Yahoo account to my Gmail account, yet I did not receive any notification that you would be doing this. It is truly shameful and you should fix it. Clearly people are upset (as they should be). Even more shameful is that you required me to create yet another account to even post this comment. And, despite the fact that there is a similar post/issue that is ranked number #14 on your feed when I searched for that issue in this forum it didn't even come up on the first few pages, so it seems like you don't want people to even be able to vote on this issue. This is really a disgrace. Shame on you.

    I was missing at least two weeks worth of emails in the new version. (For some reason, the last week of January and the first week of February were gone). They were there a few days ago, but now they are missing. Thank you for adding the option of going back to the old version; when I went back, the missing emails were there.

    I totally agree. Everybody looks forward to getting their e-mail an speaking for myself I get very little because it has all went somewhere else. It is quite annoying.

    I had about 9 thousand plus emails but I donot see any of them where are my emails. Can you bring them back.
