do you people even look at the complaints that are being addressed to you???????
Do you people even check the complaints that your customers are giving you? most of us have been with yahoo for many many years!! this is getting ridicules when it takes HOURS to go through 50 emails??? i know ads pay for the free service but when the service is so poor that we cant even go through our mal in a timely manner, your defeating the whole purpose!! please fix: errors when checking emails, the ads that continuously crash yahoo, being able to categorize your emails, the total performance of the web page itself!!!
