How can we improve New Mail?

Cannot print when viewing doc - it just downloads when clicking on print icon

I don't like being forced to use a new layout but if the PRINT button actually worked when viewing an attached doc then ok. At the moment BOTH print sign and download sign do same thing - download. In Gmail you can actually print the doc when viewing without having to download it

    The print icon on new version when viewing an attached doc does print now but only the email - not the opened doc!!!
