I followed the instructions posted on the website about how to unblock a sender and they don't make sense. When I go to my settings menu, there is no option shown related to this. Here are the posted instructions.
Unblock an email address
1 Mouse over the Settings menu icon | select Settings.
2 Click Blocked Addresses.
3 Click an email address in the list to select it.
4 Click Remove.
