How can we improve New Mail?

Where are my previous emoticons? I do no like the simple ones that replace others. Please bring previous animated ones back!

Please revert to previous email format. I do not like omissions of my favorite emoticons and loss of easy contacts on composing.
Not happy with new format. :( Maybe I should use gmail. ??
