I feel your pain but know that Yahoo is virtually untouchable as they grow into an even larger conglomerate. Verizon bought Yahoo and AOL to form a bigger advertising and media subsidiary.
Yahoo will decide who you can and cannot block. I had appealed to them about my inability to locate the Gear wheel settings icon and heard crickets.
Meanwhile I'm getting more SPAM than the Hormel Company can ever produce.
