How can we improve New Mail?

The emails I sent in April have disappeared. I need them.

Please restore my April sent emails. Some emails which had attachments, the attachments have disappeared.

    Please provide a manner in which we can contact the yahoo team to sort out issues such as mine. Very many important mails have just disappeared. This has not happened in other email accounts. Your help solutions are not of any assistance

    My notesfolders from the past 2 1/2 years just disappeared. (while other between 2012 to 2014 are still there)
    Where did they go and how can I get them back?
    What's the point of moving things there if they aren't going to stay there?
    Other folders are still there with nothing missing.
    VERY FRUSTRATED AND MAD about this.

    I know that one of my email threads has over 80 emails that are supposed to be in it, however it is only showing that there are 9 emails. Yesterday it said there were 14, then today 9. What has happened to the missing emails? I have looked in my trash box and they aren't there. I even looked in my send box and it's saying that there are only 9. The person I was emailing uses gmail and all the emails are there on his side of things. Where are my emails? Please fix his

    I have been saving emails to various folders for years. Then one day all of the emails in a folder disappeared. If they were there yesterday I should be able to restore all of the emails in that folder to yesterday. Please let me restore my email account to a specific date within a reasonable time, like 7 days

    This is not an idea. It is a complaint. Why did all of my INBOX messages disappear at 4 PM EST today (5/17/2018)???? Answer immediately. And how do I retrieve them?
