Yahoo Mail offers a 7-day restore timeframe for emails. Regardless of how old an email is, if it was deleted within the past 7 days, there’s a chance it can be recovered.

Now a days one can access the mail from anywhere the backup restore option would be needed incase something goes wrong and one can have a peace of mind that everything is stored some where from there he can always restore it.
