How can we improve New Mail?

too slow when openning the mailbox and too slow of upload the attachment!!

Dear Yahoo Technical Team,

It used to be too slow when openning the mailbox and too slow of upload the attachment!!

Can't just be smooth of using this mailbox, and it's too slow after 5;30 p.m.!

    Ads get really on the way. Your mail format is extremely slow. Maybe removing some ads will make it faster. You also need to come up with a better algorithm if you really want your regular users to keep coming back here to use your service and eventually click on something they might find appealing. As of now, ads are very saturated and really get on the way.

    Over the last two weeks Yahoo Mail has been extremely slow. Selecting emails to move or delete, and opening emails to read takes at least 5 seconds per action. Just today, Yahoo freezes completely when I try to reply to or forward an email. I can't even get into settings to see if there is something I can do to improve performance. Please help.

    New Yahoo Mail is slow. Freezes up when composing. Ads are disgusting. You take my cookies & use them against me..

    Way too slow and sometimes I can't get into a mail folder (ie: unread, sent, etc). I am not happy with Yahoo.com

    switch to a different email address....yahoo keeps changing for the worse....finally, cannot use at all anymore. hotmail and gmail or fine ...have always been fine. yahoo makes changes and every time, it gets worse. it is now unusable.

    Very slow and the opening of multiple windows of the same e-mail is very confusing and time consuming. I prefer the old format

    Horrible. I only keep using Yahoo email because it would be such a hassle to change it since so many people have my address. You know what? I think it's time to bite the bullet and move on over to Gmail where all my other account live.
