How can we improve New Mail?

too slow when openning the mailbox and too slow of upload the attachment!!

Dear Yahoo Technical Team,

It used to be too slow when openning the mailbox and too slow of upload the attachment!!

Can't just be smooth of using this mailbox, and it's too slow after 5;30 p.m.!

    The videos in the empty inbox are a waste of space, time, and server resources. Your already slow site is further slowed by this absurdly useless "feature".

    Stop the adverts from impacting the focus of the mouse as you now type and it doesn't appear in the email message. Improve the speed of response of the software as there is a noticeable lag when clicking to select emails and also typing to reply.

    Keep it simple and high performance. Secondly my mail which are moved to gmail box as POP3, very few mails are available in the yahoo box, i was clearing up all yahoo mails in my gmail box, before clearing i wanted to ensure my yahoo mail box copy is intach but it wasnt it. currently due to yahoo poor design, i am checking all yahoo mails in my gmail window. just to free up gmail space, i wanted to delete yahoo mails, but i found those yahoo mails are not saved in the yahoo box

    I cannot find my contacts to clean up and edit. What a waste of computing resources. Plus there is no way to go to my account and close it and delete it.

    You've made email horrible. Been with you for many years, but will likely change email providers because yours is slow, backspaces automatically erasing what I type, automatically scrolls up when I scroll down, and seriously you're not supporting IE11 and forcing Edge. Forget it! Will switch to Gmail I guess.

    Love YAHOO under normal circumstances---but, it has been SLOW, not only the YAHOO mail category----but, just loading anything I SEARCH on and I find myself waiting and waiting............before I just give up. Tried to get into several sites numerous times today---NO LUCK. You guys have the best Techies on the planet. I am praying whatever kind of gremlin is in YAHOO-------you soon give it the BOOT! Thank you for everything! Take care!!

    Very slow. So slow that I lose track of my thoughts because it takes so long to be able to type an email! Sometimes I have to just give up. Cannot print the emails. The print icon does not work. Not a happy camper.

    lots of improvement required in performance
    delete all ads & unwanted links, virus, improve performance

    improve your data transfer capacity and fast browsing, your server is very slow.

    I cannot stand how slow and Unresponsive the browser has become. I used to type in a keyword and was able to find mail related to the subject i was searching BUT NOW.... IT DOES NOT EVEN LOAD UP!!! Very Frustrating. Any help on the way to solve said issue?!
