How come i have to block the same senders every day? Do your job and block these senders!

Emails will hit our Spam filters before they hit the Block filters (or regular filters) on an account. This means that if an email is filtered as Spam it will go there before it is blocked.
If email addresses you have on your Blocked list still come to the inbox, please contact us through our Help pages (help.yahoo.com) or post the details on our Community Forums (forums.yahoo.net)

i am still getting email from the same email address you are not doing your job if it happenes again i will change my email address and go through sky as you cant seem to manager
