    can't compose an email - your ads or something keeps refreshing.. ??? then resets the email draft. Now that's frustrating-Using Chrome.

    Please upgrade "Paperless Post". I much prefer sending out a "Holiday Letter" via my contacts on Yahoo mail with a pretty heading and footer image than mailing a holiday letter through the post office.

    Get rid of flashing ads invading the mail pages. otherwise I click away, that's a promise. Yahoo is entirely dispensible.

    Change the type of ads so they don't use so much memory. I have to click my mail 2 or 3 times before it will open. I know it's not my computer because it is new. I understand the need for advertising but there must be a better way that will work better with the average computers out here.

    Your ad free email is a joke - I get more ads now than with free email - this is why I canceled.

    What the **** is that ad covering the bottom of my email?? It hides the 'send' tab!!!!!!!!!! I'm about ready to switch to gmail if that damned ad isn't gone shortly!! I can't see an 'X' to get rid of it, wth??????????
