less ads
We should have the option to remove ads without having to pay for anything or download any software to keep them off our screen

Yahoo offers Mail Pro which provides an ad-free experience. You can find out more here:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-mail/sln15803.html
Keep in mind that this doesn’t remove ads in emails or Spam. If you still feel that ads are slowing your mailbox, please see this help page for troubleshooting:

The video ads on the right side of the screen are migraine triggers... I can't tolerate them... keep the ads static images!

Really, Google doesn't charge for email. I'm not paying you, and less buying those products you push on me. Stop it!

Every new upgrade is a larger and larger download and takes longer and longer to open my mail page. The mail page waits for the ads to load also, which becomes very frustrating. Further, the ads are getting increasingly irrelevant. The ads increasingly are links spam and malware (bloatware) sites. Please filter the ads before including them with Yahoo mail. Note that advertisers pay more for targeted ads, something to consider.

In my peripheral vision the ads are flashing and too much distraction. May be they make the ad appear with out flashing. In the 70.s the television ad will be so loud when compared to the regular television show to make people notice. Then came the ad agency , sublime message and making commercial innovative and to think like the Apple ad with some one taking bite out of the apple.Yahoo can be innovatice and no need to be ab-noxious.

The HTTPS protocol should be used for secure connections between a server and a user. Especially when transferring personal information and data. Some people use e-mail for personal reasons, others use it for business. Allowing any third-party to be exposed to those transfers on an HTTPS protocol is unreasonable. Keep your ads on your home page or articles. This is a ridiculous and abusive use of advertisement. I don't care how much you trust your ad network. I don't trust ads and I never will.
