Auto Fill name won't update
This email was created by an employee for a business, and now that she's switched jobs, we can't get her name to stop showing up in the "from" section. I've tried to update it with the boss' name, because he's the owner of the business, and therefore permanent. It shows up on our end as updated, but the outgoing emails are still tagged with her name, so people address their replies to her, and it causes confusion when vendors or clients call.
