How can we improve New Mail?

Add Email Address to Server as Safe Sender

I am unable to send or setup email alerts to my clients. I have sent a message advising them to add me as a safe sender to their email server. I am concerned that Yahoo stop the notification without any warning. I have spent most of the day trying to trouble shoot this issue. Please help!
