No helpful help.
Why is there no way to contact Yahoo? Not every problem or question can be answered via a forum. I tried searching for what the "Unread" folder is supposed to be and came up with nothing. Still don't know what it's for or exactly how it works. It's completely unnecessary and I'd like to delete it.
