How can we improve New Mail?

This week I have had two days that I could not get to my messages in Yahoo mail. Let us know when you are working on site.

Send an email to subscribers letting them know they will experience down time on emails because you are working on issues. Hate being in the dark -- my computer was not at fault.

    Ads are continuously popping up, It's one thing to have the ads on the page -- but they keep pulsing and it drives me batty. The ads need to stop pulsing.
