Please make sure the "block senders" actually works. I have blocked (and deleted) many spam emails and I continue to receive them.
Please make sure the block senders works and blocks and deletes the emails it is supposed to. Mine has not worked and I continue to receive spam from many senders.
When blocking an address, make sure that it is 100% the same as the sender when adding it in the Settings. Keep in mind that messages already being filtered to Spam can’t be blocked, as our Spam filters take precedence over any filters or settings on the account. If you mark an email as Spam and it keeps coming in, verify that the sending address isn’t different. If it’s the same, let us know via the Help pages or our forums:
Thank you!

The spam I am receiving in my in box is worse now than it has ever been. Before I rarely got anything wierd or unwanted and have worked hard at keeping it that way. Now I have been receiving inappropriate emails and I am wondering where my email has been leaked to. Have our yahoo email details been hacked ? Despite blocking these messages and marking as spam repeatedly they are still turning up in my in box. The spam algorithm is supposed to "learn" and delete similar spams but even the ones with the same titles are getting through. Something is very odd as the spams are aimed at men and I am a woman. What on earth is going on with yahoo ?
If this isn't fixed soon I shall move over to gmail. -

If a sender is repeatedly blocked and sent to spam, then after a certain number of blocked or reported spam their account should be closed. I get over 20 spam daily and no matter how many times I send them to spam and block them they keep showing up in my in box.

In Spam/Inbox please can the "Block Address" function just add the mail address(es) to the already saved list of blocked addresses instead of wiping out the already saved ones.

The system says that it "Blocks Senders" and then it says it "Deletes emails from senders", but they come back. Why doesn't it delete them like it says?

Attempting to block email doesn't seem to work. I've chosen block sender and delete old emails for the same email address several times. The email keeps coming. As far as I can tell the email address isn't changing so why isn't it blocking the incoming email?

Blocking offensive spam should mean it is gone. Having to delete several times a day, every day, is unacceptable after the site has been blocked.

neither Your filter work nor you work on the feedback. I have blocked multiple ids but daily i received multiple mail from them. if your filter could not blocked the id then what is the meaning of filter.

no other email service has such a lack of skill at STOPPING repeat spam from already blocked and noted Spam addresses. I continue to get tons of spam from the SAME email addresses over and over and over. And even Verizon has no clue how to end it. No other modern email service, has this issue..same email addresses continuing to send spam, even once on the no no list. must make money for Yahoomail, why else would they let this continue.

I have message filters setup to move specific message senders to specific folders. These messages I want to keep. Why are my filtered messages now being marked as "Spam"?
My filtered messages are sent to folders of specific topics created by me, yet the Spam Filter seems to have a mind of its own. These filters have been in place for YEARS. Why is the Spam Filter overriding my created filters?
Can we have "our" created filters applied first, then apply the Spam filter? I am tired of marking my filtered messages as "Not Spam".
