Currently when we do a search it brings up all the conversations including those that have been filed. Is there a way to limit the searches to the in box and not all boxes.

You can limit the folder(s) that Yahoo Mail searches by doing an Advanced Search. Just click the small arrow to the right of the search box on the web version to get started.
