How can we improve New Mail?

As the rest state, please allow a custom number and type of emails to be deleted in batches. e.g. date, unread, read, sent from ...., etc.

    Now if you click on the seletiion box, it opens the message in a new tab. You have to very carefully right click to check the box, and then you can only do one at a time. This is a huge pain if you want to delete or move multiple messages. The only way to manage the inbox is to find a different email client to use with it, so you actually have usable features. Seems as if you want to get rid of your customers. New mail is nothing but problems. You have fixed nothing that anyone here is complaining about. Either you don't even bother to read these or you just don't care.

    Cannot delete emails, they remain in the inbox after "deleting" and the trash bin and spam folder do not delete. Please fix this.

    Back when I first created my email more than a decade ago, we had a global delete button which allowed us to destroy more than 100 emails at a time. I have 14,000 messages I need gone, and archiving them isn't a solution to my problem. I really want to move on to a different service instead of Yahoo, FML.

    FIX THIS ****!!!!! A Million people have already asked and instead of fixing problems you update the interface and don't even bother to fix the issues.....disgusting.

    Let's say you do a Search in your emails for … from:facebook.
    Now, you want to DELETE all of these emails, but there's about 1000 of them. I do not want to do this in increments of 50 !!!

    I want to delete messages from the inbox list with one click. LIKE I WAS ABLE TO DO BEFORE!! I PAY FOR THIS ****!!??

    Over the past few years I have used a sub-folder with a filter to have some automated mails land in a sub-folder which I browsed from time to time. Now I want to empty this folder, and emptying works by deleting ten thousand messages at a time (quite reasonable). I started with around sixty thousand messages I think. Unfortunately, the third wave of ten thousand failed, and subsequent tries all fail. Manual deletes of messages work. Is there something I should do here?

    Why does the Yahoo mail on my laptop missing a useful function. It will mot allow me to multiple-select particulars day mail, for deletion for that day, as it does for example in mobile app ?

    Please delete mail after a number of days to prevent build up. I have thousands of emails too many for me to personally delete.

    If you could please look into a way to be able to delete a rather large archive file.Instead of doing 100 at a time,perhaps a way to just delete the entire file.Thanks.

    The mobile app has a HUGE SECURITY FLAW! Like massive! No wonder you guys get hacked so much! How do you miss something so simple? One of the biggest hints to an email being from a phisher is the email. But guess what? YOU CAN'T SEE THE **** EMAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Another thing, I have over 12,000 emails that I can't delete. Any idea when you're gonna let us mass delete emails?

    Please allow mass email deletion like you can do with the spam folder. I have over 10k emails and spam messages in my inbox and I can not ever seem to delete them all as it only loads 100 messages at a time. Even when I select the "all unread" selection it still only deletes 100 emails at a time. At the very least allow for us to move the entire content of the inbox to the archive folder and then have a mass delete button there or something. I have had my email address since 1995 so there is a lot of stuff that has built up over the years that i can not delete all the time and I dont have the time or the patients to try and delete over 10k emails.

    yahoo is like apple trying to control what you want to do! make it easier to delete stuff instead of sending it to the trash!!! when you have 20,000 i;m not trying to scroll through them just want to delete them!!!!

    For months I have been deleting and re-deleting groups of emails. But... guess what haha they don't delete. This really needs to be fixed. It would be greatly appreciated.
