How can we improve New Mail?

I don't like the new merger that is "forcing" us to sign something we do not want to agree to

Before you can open yahoo you are asking us to sign o.k. to new merger with their terms and conditions.. I do not want to allow anyone to read my messages on email nor to share info to other companies. Does that mean I will no longer be able to use yahoo? if so I will search for another mail account. thank you.
