How can we improve New Mail?

interference from ads

I can't do anything until the ads load. If the ads are slow or aren't loading I can't do anything. The processor time being used trying to load your ads even interferes with other programs - like Word or Excel. Give it a break.
If you put the same ads up over and over and I don't bite...wait for it...I'm never going to.!!!

    Please removed ads, or rather let us have an option to switch them off. The hide option doesn't really help.
