Bring back the yahoo help forum (forums.yahoo.net)
Yahoo used to have a help forum where you could ask for help or post bugs and then the engineers would investigate. Now forums.yahoo.net redirects to their new "help" which requires paying to speak to someone on the phone. If I am reporting a bug I'm helping you improve your product. We should be able to post bugs without having to pay for it (or use Twitter).
(I proposed this idea a month ago and it was closed. How about leave it open to gather feedback this time?)
