Contacts don't export correctly (CSV format)
It took a very inexperienced programmer some EXTRA time to concatenate FIRST MIDDLE & LAST names into one (and only one) name field.
Whee! I can sort by people's FIRST names, just like a 14 year old, but not their LAST names...Which is the standard by which most people file names.
Except that some name fields contain
- phone numbers? Really?
- e-mail addresses? Really
- web addresses? Really?
Yes, really.
Old Yahoo had separate fields for First Middle and Last names. And phone numbers, and e-mails and addresses. Concatenating the names into one field took WORK--a trifling amount, granted, but somebody signed off on this unbelievably senseless change.
So Yahoo, before you release your 'improved' products, hire someone with UI credentials, and for crying out loud, bring back the testers: The Export feature should NEVER have been rolled out in such an incomprehensible and unsustainable format.

Also when exporting contacts, the nickname field is not exported. So this function is not useful to me.
It would be so much simpler to export all fields, instead of some subset. -

1. I cannot import contacts from .csv file. Why?
2. While exporting contacts to .csv, only few phone fields are mapped. Second Business / Home phone numbers are missed. Why? Moreover, uploading to outlook gives problem.
