How can we improve New Mail?

Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete

Since the new changes it has become much more difficult to search and edit or delete a single contact. It would be very helpful if a dropdown menu were available to search by several choices such as ending email address or last name or company. partial name, with the ability to select the item and go to edit.

    I used to be able to create a mailing list and then send out updates to those on the list by simply clicking a button and everyone on that list was emailed. Now I can't thanks to someone that loves to mess everything up!! WE DON'T CARE about the newest latest greatest!!! We simply want something that does what we started with.

    Hey everyone, like me, who thinks the new Yahoo mail stinks due to this FUBAR contacts system, I was able to switch back to Yahoo Mail Classic. There, you easily can add, delete, modify your contacts, including any distribution lists. You have to get used to the old method of filing emails in folders, but that's a tiny issue to get easy contact editing.

    Why do you make things worse? Its impossible to delete all contacts now. Its hard to find contac t details. Yahoo sucks more and more. After over 20 years of using Yahoo mail i'm migrating to gmail, due to the stupid people who manage the yahoo mail interface!

    Contact confusion My idea is to go back to the old way of listing contact. Also go back to the group listings. Instead of just clicking on the group I have to click on each individual name. I am to the point of changing services because of this.

    Your website SUCKS!!! Why do you all insist on mucking things up??? It worked FINE before you moved everything around, and did not "improve" a thing.

    i contacted yahoo to help resolve my problem,in the contacts list where it says top,all,lists. i click on top and it shows the multiple contacts i unsubscribed to. when i got to the 3 dots options,all i get is the edit,no delete option.also no action button.

    1) No action button in contacts. How do I delete old contacts.
    2) When searching cannot see what folder emails are in it is either yahoo or ****** not the actual folder
    3) Used to be able to set font size now it is too small and everytime I write an email I have to change the font size. How do you change it to the font size I want automatically.
    4) why is there no help in Yahoo mail anymore

    You are making it really easy to convert to gmail.

    I used to have a contacts tab on my homepage of Yahoo. I don't have this anymore but I would like to have it again. How do I do this?

    Exactly. They obviously don't give a darn about their customers. Verizon spent billions buying Yahoo only speeding it's demise.

    New Mail Contact does not show how many contacts (all / lists) unlike the previous Classic Mail. Can this be added.

    What the **** - where do I add a contact to my list? doesn't give me an option and why is it all the way to the far right? why did you have to change something that ain't broke?

    Contacts used to be so easy to use! Now it's a nightmare. I can't see how many names are in a particular list, they aren't alphabetical, so it takes time to find the name I want, it's not as easy to move names around lists. I hate it enough that I am seriously considering switching to gmail!

    How the heck do you edit, especially when a contact has a new email!!!??? I have never seen a system where contacts cannot be accessed separately so that editing can be done.
    FIX THIS!

    Your advice on changing contacts didn't work. The contact list DID NOT open in a new browser tab. Fix this!!!!

    I have no idea where to even FIND contacts !!! Please fix this
