They don't make it easy to contact them directly but you can work through the screens and get to a place where you can email Yahoo support.
Here is where you can start. CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY ABOUT HORRIBLE CONTACTS. Maybe they will act.

I see many user complaints and requests from Yahoo to fix their miserable Contacts. They've been ignoring customers for years.
Get their attention on TWITTER. Embarrass them on TWITTER. Publicly tweet your complaints on Twitter to @yahoocare & @yahoo
Let the world know about their horrible support.
They won't be able to hide behind this blog. Their miserable performance will be out there for all to see.

Chuck, Agreed.
A business that ignores it's customers and users won't be a business for long. Ad revenue is based on users and clicks.
I have already gone to Outlook and had it replicate my yahoo account, both mail and calendar. I have Outlook update that replication every year or two. Both Outlook and Gmail have processes to copy your Yahoo mail over. It not a bad idea to use as a backup. I also export my contacts periodically just in case.

I have already heard back from Yahoo Cares. I repeated my direction to this User Voice to read the hundreds of pleas, requests and begging from their customers to fix their system.We'll see if the even bother.
I urge everyone to start posting their pleas on Twitter. Yahoo won't be able to hide behind this blog. Their miserable performance will be out there for all the world to see.
BTW, that's another one of those things Yahoo should fix. Why can't Yahoo allow one to change a user name??? There are so many loose ends on Yahoo one would almost think it must be a start up. Not a 20+ year old dying platform.

I received a brief survey from Yahoo (imagine that) asking if I would recommend them to a friend. I rated them extremely low and proceeded to tell them about their complete lack of user/customer support and the horrible Contacts, Mail and My Yahoo pages. Who knows if anyone will hear us.

Let's all step up the pressure. Post your displeasure on Twitter where millions of people may see it.

Now I cannot edit an exiting contact. What the heck is going on at Yahoo????
Do you give a **** about your customers? Fix this **** already.To sum up:
Contacts are barely usable with the latest chagnes.
They no longer synch with Iphones
You cannot easily add a new contact.
You cannot edit an existing contact.
Lists are problematic.FIX THIS

Exactly. They obviously don't give a darn about their customers. Verizon spent billions buying Yahoo only speeding it's demise.

What ****. You can barely use contacts in this horrible system. How could this possibly be an improvement from your tech people. Verizon is pushing Yahoo downhill fast. Time to convert over to Outook or Gmail while there is still data to convert. It appears you are intentionally working hard to kill this once great product.

RSS Feeds other than Yahoo's are not working AGAIN. This along with miserably unusable Contacts.
Has anyone been able to get any action out of them?
Does anyone know how to contact these people? They are horrible.

None of my RSS FEEDS work either.
Yahoo doesn't care. They haven't been supporting their products for years. It's a dying product. Verizon ****** away billions of dollars buying it only to let it die.

Many of my RSS feeds, including Yahoo's own Calendar, no long work either. Yahoo's lack of support for their system is horrible.
May I suggest we all use Twitter to put public pressure on them. I started doing so regarding the complete mess they made with Contacts. I got a fast response but nothing more.

and don't be kind. Warn potential users of the abysmal support. Recommend they go to Outlook or Gmail. Let's put the pressure on them. Their lack of support is disgraceful and unacceptable.

KB, they already sold - to Verizon that is obviously just milking it for whatever value they can squeeze out. They must see no value in My Yahoo or their customer service. It's just the bottom line. Typical big company thinking.

I don't think they care about the My Yahoo pages. That's why our comments have been ignored.
I suspect Verizon identified the most profitable and used areas and pages of Yahoo once they acquired them and this just isn't one of the money makers so they are essentially abandoning it. If it works fine, but no resources are being spent on it.
DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANOTHER SITE THAT IS SIMILAR TO MY YAHOO FOR RSS FEEDS?

Many of my RSS Feeds are also not loading. This happened a few days after you "fixed" the last problem where no feeds were loading.

Does anyone know of another RSS program that operates like My Yahoo did? I've just got to find an alternative.

The RSS feeds on My Yahoo are not working. I have tested on different devices and with different browsers. The messages displayed are:
"Sorry! We are temporarily unable to load the content. Please refresh or try again later."
Additionally, I reported this somehow via email and this is the sad reply I got:
"Thank you for contacting Yahoo Mail.
I am sorry to hear that you're not able to receive RSS feeds on Yahoo page.
Yahoo proudly offers multiple help channels where you can find answers to many of your technical questions. While direct support for this issue isn't available, there are places to go for help:
Yahoo Help Central - A self-help guide to all of your favorite Yahoo products where you can find troubleshooting steps, how-to articles, and general information.

May I suggest you all look at and also add your comments to another post about contacts called:
Contacts hard to find, edit, alter, and delete
It is ranked higher and is "under review" which seems to have greater visibility from the incompetents running this company.

I use an older WIndows laptop and it is not synching contacts properly with my IPhone that has IOS 13 on it. It is not Windows but Yahoo contacts which have been horribly modified such that users are screaming about them being barely unusable.

I found out how to export your contacts. You have to update to the latest version of mail - even if you don't like it.
Then go into Contacts - it'll look like it did before this mess.
Click ACTIONS just above the list of your contacts.
Select EXPORT
and then select the export method you desire. My suggestion is to do it once for Outook, Netscape/Thunderbird and Yahoo CSV.
I think Google and MS Outlook will be able to import contacts from one or more of those formats.
Google and Outlook both have functions that will IMPORT/TRANSFER (I don't recall their terminology) a copy of your email from Yahoo. It could take hours or a day or two for the process to complete depending upon how many emails you have. They keep your folders which is nice too.

It looks like they eliminated the export function to prevent you from moving. Yahoo really sucks. It's amazing they could get worse under Verizon but it appears to be happening.

Most contact details are missing. Items such as addresses (home, work, other), multiple phone numbers, birthdays, anniversaries, notes and much more that I used and need access to are gone.
How could you do such a thing? Really, does anyone think about these "changes".

Where are the contact details? Birthdays, alternative phone numbers, addresses? How could you possibly not include that in any program changes? Really, can it get much worse? Do you just want to chase your customers to Google and Microsoft? It's not that hard to move.

Hey Yahoo, RSS Feeds have been screwed up for over a year. This report says the report is "Under Review"
How about communicating with your customers/users or whatever you call us and tell us if and when you are going to fix it. There must be millions of people using this around the world. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?
Why did you waste all that money on buying Yahoo and not support it? You are destroying it. RSS Feeds are not working. They have become completely unreliable for 6 months. It seems that you are simplly dying a slow death.

Katelind Powers: Great comment. It shows how much Yahoo cared about it's customers and unfortunately why their competitors have been running circles around them. They let a great feature (My Yahoo) that was unwatchable anywhere else, slowly die.

I wish that problem still existed. It seems they have now destroyed the whole thing so you can't get any info by hovering over a ticker now. It really is amazing and sad how they keep ruining the site that was once great and is now just dying by a million destructive cuts.

Yahoo doesn't seem to respond or care about requests here.
Since time is of essence re: your comment, I thought I might offer a shot at helping.
You may find your deleted messages in TRASH. Good luck to you. I encourage everyone to shame Yahoo on Twitter by Tweeting to them @Yahoo & @Yahoocare Let everyone know about their pitiful support and system.
