Need good service don’t care about kitsch
Finding settings for disposable addresses takes hours on average. Originally they where in mail settings (where they should- logic place). Than they get moved to main Yahoo page (for few lucky to know) hidden behind gear wheel setting icon than “more” prompt. Found out today, moved (or removed them) again, God knows where. Help pages outdated and useless, as historically useless they always were. Are you seriously think going to pay $5 for premium service, just so I can call and find where settings are? Not going to fall for that trap. Know you long enough to know chances for your live rep to know answer are slim at best. Want money? Forget your avatars, eviroments, rest of kitsch no one cares about. Stop you big corporate boo ha ha “God are us” arrogant, antisocial PR attitude. Provide robust, reliable, well though (for a chance), intuitive and time efficient service.
