Getting SPAM from Yahoo Japan IP addresses...

I keep getting Spam from Yahoo Japan IP addresses. (The addresses end with ".jp", and when I highlighted it, it said yahoo japan) MY QUESTION: Is there ANY WAY to block ALL MESSAGES FROM JAPAN?! If there is, I need to know, SO I CAN STOP ALL MESSAGES FROM JAPAN COMING INTO MY MAIL ALMOST DAILY! I KNOW NO ONE IN JAPAN. Therefore, I SEE NO NEED TO RECEIVE ANY E-MAIL FROM JAPANESE PEOPLE. Seriously.... Yahoo claims to be so good, but to allow "hackers/scammers" or whatever these people in Japan are, constantly sending me SPAM... THAT is NOT something people NEED OR WANT.

    I have been getting some SPAMS from Yahoo.jp also. Their reply (when I get one) is in Japanese which I don't understand.
