How can we improve New Mail?

Recover lost email support

Provide a better way to recover lost email. Three years of emails disappeared for me. I did not delete them. Dozens of comments in these feedback items for the same thing. No customer service available except for a restore request that you never know if anything is actually done. No other contact method readily available. Ignoring customers is a bad model. Anybody have any suggestions?

    yea stop using yahoo forever. same thing here. now i cant sign into my neopets acoount

    Same issue for me! I haven´t use this email account for a long time. Now, when I was logging into my inbox all my old emails are gone! I can´t find it anywhere! It is a lot of memories that have disappeared. So sad for that!
    Is there any way of orking to restore them?
