Spam filter should check for a match between From: Name and the From: email address domain name
Typically, spam and phishing emails have a recognizable name but are from a garbage email address, such as :
Apple Support wewyedghmfuzzoxn-anqsdfhniy4gp4wg@v0646jyn-5759324516.ca
An email with a From: header like this was delivered to my inbox. This email is clearly not from Apple. A mismatch between the From: name and email address domain should flag the email for spam. This type of email should not even be delivered to my spam folder but simply deleted.
