TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT
I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR NEARLY ONE HOUR WITH POONJA IN CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO GET MY BUSINESS EMAIL ADDRESSES FORWARDED TO MY REGULAR YAHOO MAIL ACCOUNT. SHE RAN ME THROUGH THE SAME STEPS A HALF DOZEN TIMES AFTER I TOLD HER THE VERIFICATION (LAST) STEP WAS NOT GENERATING THE REQUIRED EMAIN TO MY REGULAR ACCOUNT. AFTER WAITING OVER FIVE MINUTES WHILE SHE SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ELSE, SHE CAME BACK TO ME AND SAID SOMETHING AND HUNG UP ON ME! I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK, GOT ANOTHER AGENT WHO SOLVED THE PROBLEM IN UNDER 1 MINUTE. OF CORSE, YOU CAN'T UNDERSTAND ANY OF THEM VERY WELL BECAUSE ENGLISH ISN'T THEIR 1ST LANGUAGE, BUT IT IS A **** SHOOT WHETHER YOU GET SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ANYTHING OR NOT. SHAME ON YOU, YAHOO. WE PAY YOU WELL FOR THIS SERVICE AND ARE ENTITLED TO GET A WORKING SYSTEM AND CAPABLE CS WHEN IT DOESN'T WORK.
