How can we improve New Mail?

Yahoo mail now so obnoxious I am deleting my account

I was willing to use your stupid yahoo basic but not willing to wait some number of seconds until you let me into my mail box. So after decades as a loyal user I am transfering all my contacts to use a different mailbox.
Another lost customer.
